When you reserve your spa time, it is reserved just for you and only you... Identity Salon & Spa had reduced our prices to offer affordable, professional services at bottom line pricing. If you cancel your appointment/ no show withing 48 hours of your appointment you will be billed a $25 cancellation Fee.

a 50% Pr-authorized payment will be applied to your account when booking these above special occasions. This is to ensure maximum use of our facility, while still offering amazing prices.

Gift Cards make excellent gifts and may be purchased online or in store. Our Pre-paid gift certificates have NO EXPIRATION DATE. Gift Cards are available in any monetary value when purchased in-store, and available online in increments of $25.00.

FREE Promotional Gift Cards
These promotional gift cards expire within 90 days from the date of the transaction. Any gift card with the Expiration tag removed/ scratched out will be void. These promotional gift certificates are ($5 FREE, $10 FREE, $15 FREE, FREE Manicure (express), FREE Pedicure (express)). These gifts are given as part of a promotion and not paid for, therefore will expire within the 90 days.
Please NOTE: Gift cards that are paid for a monetary value DO NOT EXPIRE (see above Gift Card Section)


All spa services are available as a series for a discounted price. Purchase a series of 3 treatments and receive a 15% discount or a series of 5 treatments with a 20% discount.


Identity requires all spa packages to be booked at the same booking and may NOT be split into separate appointments due to the significant cost savings

Prices do not include HST or Gratuity on the services.


No refunds on any service's, product's or gift card.
Appliances can be refunded if unused and not opened  within 10 days. A 18% Re-stocking fee will apply to all appliances when returned within this limited time period.  Any warranty claim for an appliance will be directed to the manufacture. We do not process warranty claims for any appliances. Please keep original sales receipts.
